Its been a lean few blogging days!!

I have not been around much as its essay time at college. The essays were supposed to be spread out but i have a 2000 word essay due 25th October, 2000 word essay due 1st November and 2500 essay due on 3rd November. I also have the kids off school for half term for two weeks so expect to get very little studying done. But hay ho thats life

It's UKS 5th Birthday and they are having cyber crops for the next 3 weekends. There are some gorgeus classes on there and the challenges are great as well. I cropped all weekend as well as my own crop in Macduff. It was a treat for working non stop on wednesday and friday on my essays.

I took part in the Box of memories and the birthday book class. I did the magpie moments challenge last night as well. There are a couple of classes i am waiting to do and i got the kit for making an acrylic album. Cant wait. This is my first proper Cyber crop, can you tell, lol

Here are a few pics

Not got around to uploading the magpie LO yet but i will.

Thanks for looking as usual

My friend sent me a email recently with this in it. It is a long read but keep going. I chuckled so much i thought i'd share it.

More stuff from the NSD kit

I have done another LO with the kit i won from carolinez craftz kitz. I was saving this piece for something special.

I decided to use it in my new BOM LO. This month's prompt from Roz was to scrap sometthing somebody had said about you. This was going to be hard as i have been a cow to live with over the last few weeks. Stress with college, change in lifestyle and finance, plus the added worry of grandad being ill in england again.

I asked the boys for something nice about me and got from Alex"ask dan, he likes you better" I then asked mum and dad and got blank faces. They then preceded to real of a list of my short comings before eventually giving me some nice things.

I used the red cardstock to highlight my negative side and the girly pinky/ orange for all tye nice things. I added the words with a journaliing stencil which give it a sort of abstract look.

The little checked paper was K & Co and the B & W strip and text paper on the flower was by elsie.

Off to do another one with some more tonight, I am on a roll.
